Want to shift some food habits but don't know where to start? With my years of time & energy spent researching healing through food choices, and experience implementing that into my life, I'm excited to use my hobby and passion to assist others in their journey to wellness or continued good health.
I'm so thankful when the need for change is recognized. The thought that chronic disease, cancer, inflammation, heart disease, neurological disease (the list could go on and on...) is unavoidable is, well, terrifying. Reality is, many, if not most diseases can be avoided or helped just by making better choices regarding what we put into or on our bodies. But doesn't seem "easier" to just see the doctor, get the meds, and continue to eat the sugary, inflammatory junk? Yes, there are definitely times it is wise to seek medical attention, but we should not be looking for an easy medical solution immediately for every symptom. Our bodies are amazingly created to heal and protect us, and we have so much available to us on this earth be our medicine....or our poison.
It was a long journey for me learning how different foods impact my health & various symptoms. I've researched many different eating plans such as Paleo, Keto, FODMAP , and more. If I can even assist one person to chose to make healthier choices, it's worth all the time spent learning.

As a children's fitness coach for several years, coaching is second nature to me. I can customize a plan to fit everyone's unique needs. We can cook together in person or virtually. I could assist you in creating a meal plans for you or a family, and even shop it for or with you. I will even make the food for you! Let's discuss what you want and identify your needs & desires. We will work to figure out how to achieve it.
One on one coaching consultation: In person or virtual, $30 1 hour minimum.
Group cooking class: $20/a person for the first 5 people, up to 10 total (not including food needed). 1.5 hour minimum

While I have definitely experienced much relief of digestive and inflammation issues through food, I am incredibly thankful to live in a part of the world where if medical professionals are needed, they are available. Even as you journey to wellness through food choices, always be wise and seek medical advice if needed. Many factors, including long term toxic habits and genetics play into our health.
